What the system does
Built around the structure adopted by the Ad-hoc Committee on the Creation of the State Campaign Structure — so the software follows the party's decisions, not the other way round.
Structure designer
Design and activate a campaign structure without redeveloping the system. Versions move draft → active → retired, and appointments carry across on activation.
Appointments
Nominate, approve, replace and remove office holders with clear authority and reporting lines. Duplicate nominations are blocked and every change is logged.
Live organogram
The chart is generated from current records, not typed by hand — names appear at each designation the moment an appointment is approved.
Members registry
Every council and committee member from the state directorate to ward level, with bulk CSV import and the phone numbers the notification engine uses.
Candidates
The register of everyone seeking election on the party platform, from the governorship to councillorship, exportable as a letterheaded PDF.
Reports & documents
Vacancies, LGA and ward completion, appointment history — as Excel downloads and letterheaded PDFs, plus appointment and acceptance letters.
Restricted system
For authorised officials of the Adamawa State Campaign Council only. Every appointment, approval and removal is recorded against the account that made it.
